BSEED Member Club Rewards Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the BSEED Members Club (“BSEED Members”). Members of the Club will earn points (referred to as “BSEED Member Points”) for purchases of eligible online products and online activities, which can be used to purchase certain products on bseed.com (collectively, the BSEED Store).BSEED products can be purchased on third-party websites including, but not limited to, the following Facebook resale groups, AliExpress, Amazon and other third parties). Such products are not currently eligible for point accumulation.

1. Membership

1. Free Membership. No purchase is required to qualify for the BSEED Membership Club, but you must create an account with the BSEED Store. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how the information you provide to us will be used. This Club is void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Loyalty Club, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You may create an account if you are at least thirteen (or the age of majority as required by local law) years of age, have access to the Internet, and have a valid mailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, user name and password and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, user name and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person, as principal, to all of the terms and conditions provided herein and, to the extent you have such authority, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and to assume responsibility for any damages resulting from any misuse of the Site or content resulting from such access or use.

3. How to join the BSEED Membership Club. Create an account: Visit the BSEED Store and become a registered user of the site. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password. You also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you have submitted the required information, your account has been created and you have joined the club.

4.How to access/change your membership information. You must keep the personal information in your account up to date. To do this, click on the “My Account” section and enter your registered email address and current password to access your account. From your dashboard, you can access your account information and change your profile.

1. Acquisition of points

1. General Provisions. Members earn points for eligible online purchases at the BSEED Store. To earn points for online purchases, you must be logged into your account. You can check if you are logged in to the Site at any time by clicking on the user icon in the upper right hand corner of the Site.

2. Points Rate. Members earn one (1) point for every one (1) euro spent (in other words, ten (10) points for every ten (10) euros spent): (i) if you are logged in to the Site, by purchasing eligible online products on the BSEED Store. Points are based on the subtotal of your order (after deducting any discounts). Points are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $19.99, you will earn 20 points.

3. Members may only earn points based on (i) the purchase price of eligible online products. Points calculations do not include shipping charges paid by the Member and all taxes, including, but not limited to, European Union, federal, state and local taxes, or VAT. Any discounts or other credits associated with products or services are not eligible to earn points. For example, if a product normally priced at €50 is sold for €25, a Member can only earn points based on the €25 purchase price. Gift card purchases, voucher redemptions, and price adjustments of any kind (including product returns) are not eligible for credits. All of the following purchases are not eligible for the BSEED Membership Club: (i) purchases made by the Member prior to joining the Club; and (ii) purchases made online by a Member who is not logged into the BSEED Store and whose account is not linked to the Member's online account. BSEED products purchased outside of the BSEED Store are not eligible for BSEED Member Club rewards. (iii) Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Club.

4. 4. Returns/Order Cancellation. In the event of a return, cancellation, refund, declined credit or gift card, or other circumstance that does not apply to Reward Points after a purchase, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account, with the final number of points live equal to the number of points earned on the original transaction, including any Reward Points that may apply. Points cannot be reapplied to your Reward Points account for returned orders, for any reason. We do not recycle coupons or gift cards

5. 5. BSEED Member Promotions From time to time, the BSEED Store may offer certain BSEED Member Promotions. During BSEED Member Promotions, Members earn additional “BSEED Points” for certain online purchases. When you purchase these specially marked products or during the BSEED Member Promotions time period, you will receive the required number of BSEED Member Points per product, as set forth in the Promotion Rules.The BSEED Member Promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Promotion and will be offered at the sole discretion of the BSEED Store and at such times as the BSEED Store may determine.

6. limitations on BSEED Member Clubs and BSEED Points in general. These terms apply to BSEED Membership and BSEED Points accrual. If you purchase a product during a promotional period and that product comes with a free product, no BSEED Points will be issued at the retail price of the free product.

III. Points Redemption

1. how to use your bseed points. bseed points must be used in accordance with the provisions outlined in these terms and conditions. bseed points can only be used online at the bseed.com store. bseed points for product redemption: members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product. bseed members can only redeem their points for any combination of points and incremental amounts. Redeeming points for product purchases is subject to product availability.

2. Redeem your BSEED points. What are rewards? Rewards are typically BSEED discount codes, gift cards (BSEED or third party gift cards) and products (including physical gifts or BSEED accessories) that can be redeemed for the appropriate number of Rewards from your BSEED Member account. Certain rewards can only be claimed during certain periods. Redemption rules may change without notice due to events or product releases.

How do you redeem BSEED Rewards? Log in to your account on bseed.com. Go to “Redeem BSEED Membership Rewards and select the rewards you wish to claim on the BSEED Membership Rewards page. Points will be deducted upon redemption. Rewards are only available while supplies last or for a specific period of time when quantities may be limited. Certain Rewards will be conditional on your agreement to separate terms and conditions applicable to the Reward, which will be provided at the time the Reward is offered. Rewards are non-refundable, non-refundable and have no cash value. Please read the rules for each Reward and check them carefully before confirming the redemption of any BSEED Points.

a.You will be provided with a one-time discount code upon confirmation of redemption of BSEED Points for a discount code. These can be used for discounts when shopping at bseed.com. Copy and paste the code into the discount field at checkout to save.

• ² You can only use one discount code per transaction.
• ² Some coupons cannot be used on specific products.
• ² Some discount codes may have a minimum purchase amount or minimum quantity.
• ² Some coupons can only be used within a specific time frame and may expire if not used in a timely manner.
• ² Any bonus discounts applied to an order will be distributed equally to the applicable products in the order at the time the return is completed.

1. Products/Free Gifts: Select the product(s) you wish to redeem for the BSEED Membership Club and click “Redeem Now”. Then, fill out the shipping form and click submit. rewards offered by the BSEED Store do not require the purchase of merchandise.

• Most products offer free shipping. However, you may need to pay for shipping on specific products.

• Prizes will be shipped individually with an exclusive order ID.

• Once you confirm your redemption, the prize will be shipped.

• You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once the prize has been shipped.

• Due to the limited number of prizes available, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to cancel, return or exchange your prize once you have confirmed your redemption.

1. Gift Cards: BSEED Gift Cards may only be used in the BSEED Store. Any other gift cards that may be given as gifts are purchased and distributed by third parties. Please follow the third party's gift card terms and conditions or contact their support team for assistance. Please refer to the rules for each gift card before picking up your gift card.

The terms and conditions of some gift cards will include information about their validity for collection and period of use.

We encourage you to redeem your points frequently so that you can take full advantage of the benefits of the BSEED Members Club, including discounts, products and gift cards. Specific rewards (whether products or gift cards) are available while supplies last and may be changed, discontinued, restricted and replaced at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. Rewards will be awarded in the manner and at the time determined by BSEED in its sole discretion.

3. Exclusionary Provisions. Each natural person may have only one account. Reward codes may not be combined with any other discount code. Points are currently non-transferable.BSEED points cannot be used for past purchases. BSEED points accumulated by different members on different accounts may not be combined or aggregated for the purchase of products or used for any other reason. BSEED points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed BSEED Points cannot be applied retroactively to any past orders.BSEED Points have no cash value outside of the BSEED Online Store and are only available to members in good standing. If the membership is canceled, the rewards will be void and cannot be shipped. The entire redemption process must be completed within the lifetime of the active membership.

4. Points expiration and timing

By registering at the BSEED Online Store and joining the BSEED Membership Club, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms that may be associated with the Membership Club.BSEED reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or limit the Membership Club, your account, point redemption, or any aspect of the Club (including, but not limited to, the point conversion rate and point expiration policy) at any time. Any changes may be made without prior notice, and BSEED may make such changes even though they may affect your ability to use the points you have accrued. It is your responsibility to keep informed of the Club's terms and conditions. A member's points balance (as shown on BSEED records) shall be deemed to be correct BSEED reserves the right to determine the number of points in any member's account in relation to the internal BSEED records associated with that member's account. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount accumulated in the Member's account as shown on the Member's receipt and BSEED's internal records, BSEED's internal records shall prevail.BSEED shall not be liable for any errors resulting from incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or awarded from your club account is strictly limited. The sale of Points is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture or cancellation of your Points and the suspension or termination of your membership, and in each case, these are final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to review and verification by BSEED. The balance of points in a Member's account may not be available while an account or transaction is under review. BSEED may revoke any membership at any time if the member abuses the membership club or fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the club. Fraud or abuse in connection with the accumulation of points or the redemption of rewards may result in the revocation of membership in that club and may affect the member's eligibility to participate in any other BSEED club, either now or in the future. The terms and conditions of the Membership Club may be changed at any time by BSEED in its sole discretion without notice to the Customer. In the event that a Customer terminates his/her BSEED Store registration account at will, or if a Customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other violations of the intent of the Site and Member use, all Points will be immediately voided and will no longer be redeemable, and BSEED will use its best efforts to award said Points to all 1. registered and 2. eligible BSEED Store Customers but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur. BSEED will endeavor to award the said points to all 1. registered and 2. eligible BSEED Store customers but shall not be responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and are not valid outside the BSEED Store. Points do not accrue for purchases made outside of the BSEED Store (including, but not limited to, Facebook resale groups, AliExpress, Amazon and other third parties).
