What is VIP? What are the benefits of becoming a VIP?
VIP membership is an exclusive status for BSEED brand loyal customers. You can enjoy the following benefits after joining BSEED membership:

How to become a VIP?
The steps to become a VIP are very simple:
1. Register on our website and log in your account.
2.The system will automatically upgrade your VIP status, or notify you by email to complete the registration.
3.Confirm your VIP status
Is there an additional cost to become a VIP?
The specific policy depends on the activity:
- Free VIP: Upgrade for free by spending or completing tasks.
- Paid VIP: Annual/quarterly fee is charged to enjoy more advanced benefits. (Stay tuned)
Is there an expiration date for VIP and BSEED points? How do I renew or maintain my eligibility?
VIP status has no expiration date. Membership points earned after the launch date will expire two years after unlocking. Expired Membership Rewards will be deducted from your account.
What are the exclusive VIP benefits?

How do I know if I am already a VIP?
After logging in to your account, you can:
- Check your membership status on the “My Account” page.
- Check for email notifications, VIP upgrade information is usually sent via email.
Is the VIP program available in all countries?
VIP programs are available to our customers worldwide, but some benefits (such as free shipping or offline events) may be limited to certain regions. Please refer to the program terms and conditions for detailed rules.
What happens to my BSEED points if I return a product or cancel an order?
If you return a product or cancel an order, the BSEED points earned for that purchase will be reversed or reduced. Partial refunds due to price adjustments will also be deducted.
Do I have to pay for shipping on redeemed products?
In most cases, we offer free shipping on redeemed products. However, certain products and remote areas may require you to pay for shipping costs.
Can I cancel, return or exchange a product and choose the ship date of the redeemed product?
No. Once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return or exchange the product, please check carefully before confirming your redemption. The redeemed product will be shipped as soon as possible after you confirm the redemption, you cannot choose the shipping date.
